Since we operate on an on-demand Dropshipping model, certain conditions apply for returns, refunds, and disputes.
📦 1. Products Are Ordered After You Purchase
We do not stock items. Every product is purchased on your behalf from a third-party supplier (such as SupDropshipping) after your order is confirmed.
As items are custom-fulfilled on demand, returns for reasons like “change of mind” or “I don’t like it” are not accepted.
💡 2. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement
You are eligible to request a refund or replacement if:
✅ The product is damaged or broken upon arrival
✅ You received the wrong product or variant (e.g., color, size, type)
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect
✅ The package was lost in transit or never arrived
📅 3. Dispute Window: 7 Days After Delivery
You must file your return/refund request within 7 days of receiving the item.
After 7 days, we cannot guarantee dispute resolution, as the supplier no longer accepts claims.
📝 4. How to File a Return or Refund Request
To initiate a request, please email us at refunds@usefulgadgetz.com with the following:
Your full name & order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos or video proof of the damaged, faulty, or wrong item
Unboxing video (if applicable — highly recommended)
We will verify the issue with our supplier and respond within 12–24 hours.
🚚 5. Return Shipping
In most cases, returns are not required. If approved, either a replacement or refund will be issued.
If the supplier requests return of the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless it was our mistake (wrong or defective item).
⏳ 6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
The refund will be made through your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.)
⚙️ 7. Product Warranty
Some products may come with a 3-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects only
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage by user
Improper use
Wear & tear
Water damage (unless stated waterproof)
🚫 8. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not offer refunds in the following cases:
Product not delivered because incorrect address was provided
Delay in delivery due to customs or courier issues
You changed your mind after placing the order
Product is used, damaged by customer, or missing packaging

Shipping time depends on your location and the supplier’s warehouse:
US Warehouse: 5–10 business days
China Warehouse: 15–25 business days
If your package is still in transit and within this timeframe, please wait for delivery before filing a claim.
